As seen on my.is.These Caliper adapters press into Supra TT 4-piston front calipers to adapt them to the IS300. These are a press fit part, meaning a shop press or Heavyball joint service C-clamp is required for installation.

These will also work for LS400 caliper although the alignment is not as simple. The Ls400 caliper lacks the flat mounts and so it must be test fit with the adapters part way installed and using a long bolt. When located via this method, they can be pressed in after they are aligned. The LS400 also requires an RCA spacer to offset the steering linkage and create clearance. We offer a separate kit that includes RCA spacers and hardware.

Features:

-SUS 303 precision machined thread adapters with tapered knurling.

-V6 now has relaxed tolerance and requires using Loctite 620 retaining compound for use on aftermarket "replica" calipers.  The adapter will seat at the very base of the hole opening but due to a huge variance in reman calipers fitment may vary.  

Small vials of retaining compound are included with the kit.  Retaining compound cures in the absence of oxygen and should be applied to knurl area prior to press fit.  Adapters press in as below with the widest pattern possible,fat side inward. Toyota "Sumitomo" badged calipers still press-fit so if that is what you have retaining compound should not be required. Our completeLS400 complete retrofit kit is available here.

In rare cases machining of a caliper may be required because of tolerances.

NOTE: These are offered as a single part only.  Swapping these calipers requires Supra TT rotors, dust shield trim or removal, and wheel spacers if used on the factory 17" wheels(and most other wheels as well).  If you are looking for a kit that will function better and not require spacers than please look at either our  OE-+1 kit  or the lightweight aluminum caliper upgrade using the same rotors.   We offer this adapter kit with little support as we feel there are much better options available at this time.
