Return and Refund Policy
FIGS Branded Products Return Policy:
All FIGS products carry a satisfaction guarantee limited to 30 days from the delivery date (not the date of installation or date in service). If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality or presentation of the received items within that 30 day period, they must contact FIGS to arrange for a return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and/or will NOT be credited. Shipping costs are non refundable, and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In some cases, we may ask that the return be shipped directly to one of our partners.
Returned product must be received free of damage, in original, new condition, with all pieces, and packaged consistent with the original packaging. Products that have been installed or show signs of use may only be eligible for partial refunds. FIGS is NOT responsible for damages during return shipping, so please pack your returns appropriately. This assessment of the quality and condition of the returned items is at the sole discretion of FIGS. Custom orders which involve custom engineering cannot be refunded in whole. Any refunds for custom design will be based on circumstances but non-refundable engineering costs will be assessed.

BC Coilover Return Policy:
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery of your order. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days.
- The following rules apply:
- Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by filling out the form here.
- There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
- Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
- If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment only. Credit will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the authorized return.
Fortune Auto Return Policy:
- Fortune USA takes great pride in our products and the quality. In the unlikely event that you should encounter difficulty with a product or a defect is suspected, you are encouraged to first speak with Fortune USA. In the event that the product needs to be returned to Fortune USA, you will need to fill out our Warranty & Service form. This form must with all returned goods.
- No returns or exchanges on used/installed Fortune Auto products.
- All warranty returns must have a Warranty & Service form accompanying the returned goods.
- Shipping charges to and from Fortune Auto North America are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for expedited shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Fortune Auto products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
- Returns or order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the MSRP price of the order as advertised by Fortune Auto North America. For all custom orders, such as super low spec, custom private label coilovers, coilovers with +4K higher than default spring rates, the restocking fee will be 50%. Motorsport coilovers, such as 510 Series, 520 Club Racer Series, Pro 2-way, or Pro 3-way are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
G-Loc Return/Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed for G-loc pads it's very unlikely it can be canceled. There are too many variations in G-loc compounds and the custom nature of the pads is specific to your use and goals.
- When the pads have shipped they cannot be returned.
