This is a product that has been a huge hit for all the sedan drifters out there. A complete bolt-on kit for the IS300 and Gen2 GS SC430 to remove the drum parking brake and replace it with a 4-piston Wilwood DYNALITE Aluminum caliper. Just add a handbrake with a master cylinder and you are ready to go. Or use one of ours!

We have a Dual Wilwood setup available as well for those that would like to remove the stock IS300 calipers and provides a second set of Wilwood calipers to replace the factory brakes and pads..

Installation:

-Removal of all rear drum hardware and dust shield is required.

-Once removed all surfaces should be cleaned on 3 mounting holes that are used.

-Thread in 2 M10 shoulder bolts with Belleville washers into welded nuts from the backside, keep loose.

-Thread in M10x1.25 Flange bolt and M10 washer into threaded spindle hole.

-Torque 2 shoulder bolts to 22-ft-lbs.

-Torque M10x1.25 cap screw to 1/4" turn past flush since torque wrench will not fit here.

-Mount OE rotor and caliper and torque to factory specs.

-Mount Wilwood caliper with 2 3/8" bolts and torque to 35-ft-lbs.

-Verify caliper is concentric and pads contact rotor correctly.

-Safety wire hardware is optional and used to protect against back out. Or use the standard bolts.

-If plumbing is purchased route plumbing to tee joint and route single line to master cylinder handle.
