The IS300 has a factory damper that restricts the flow of hydraulic fluid between the clutch master and slave cylinder. FIGS has designed a bypass module to allow full fluid flow and positive engagement. No more slow-action clutch just pure performance and direct feel.  We have brough them back due to demand in Black and Clean anodized (silver)  Parts are textured, anodized and laser engraved for a clean look.  The entire install takes around 30 minutes with bleeding and is detailed in this old blog post.
