Return and Refund Policy
All products carry a satisfaction guarantee limited to 30 days from the purchase date. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality or presentation of the items ordered they can contact FIGS for an RMA and return address. Sometimes this address is directly to the manufacturer in the case of BC, KW or RB racing. Return product must be in original condition and packaged consistent with the original packaging. FIGS cannot accept returns for full credit if the items have been used and or inadequate packaged resulting in damage. This assessment will be the sole discretion of FIGS and communicated to the customer at the time of decision.
Original shipping and return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer in these cases.
For defective merchandise, FIGS will cover return and replacement shipping, AFTER the item has been confirmed to be defective. The customer is expected to provide reasonable cooperation and information to FIGS to assist in determining if a product or component is defective. This may include troubleshooting, pictures or testimonials from installation professionals.
Refunds will be provided through the original means of payment and within 7 days of receipt of returned goods deemed in returnable condition. If the original means is not available, a refund will be issued via check and send to the address provided by the customer.
