This RCA/Adapter kit allows fitment of LS400 (1995 to 2000) calipers on an IS300 spindle and X Chassis JZX90, JZX100, JZX110.  The RCA Spacers push the lower control arm down 17mm and interpose between the spindle and the steering knuckle allowing caliper clearance.  New hardware included, clear all threads on the spindle to ensure proper torque.  85-ft/lbs suggested.  Caliper adapters press into aluminum caliper.

4- 6061-T6 Aluminum  Spacers with integrated alignment dowels. Hard coat anodized

4- Class 8.8 Socket cap screws, M12 for extended stack height.

4- heavy duty fixture washers to be placed on the bottom of extended bolts and hold it all together.

4- Supra TT/LS400* caliper press-in adapters. V5

Depending on your wheel design you may still need a wheel spacer.  Caliper, rotors, and pads are NOT included, just the adapter parts to bolts things up.

- LS400 calipers do not have alignment notches so the spacers must be aligned prior to final press, use the long RCA bolts to do this with the rotor mounted and the caliper loose.  Determine clocking of the adapter and lightly engage the knurl to finish pressing after the caliper is removed from the mock up.

- V5 now has a relaxed tolerance and requires using Loctite 620 retaining compound.  The adapter will seat at the very base of the hole opening but due to a huge variance in reman calipers.  We now provide small vials of retaining compound with the kit.   Retaining compound cures in the absence of oxygen and should be applied to knurl area prior to press fit.  Adapters press in as below with widest pattern possible, fat side inward with micro adjustment needed since LS400 calipers do not have flats.

- LS400 calipers require LS400 brake rotors to properly fit.
