One of the first things you might do when planning out your turbo system is to pick the turbo, but what is next?  The manifold and intercooler at right up at the top of the list to get the most out of that turbo purchase.  

This is not just another intercooler, this is your path to boost greatness and it solves the problems you did not even know you had. Treadstone makes a great product and we are happy to offer these to our customers.

Mounting:  Mounting an intercooler is easy right, you just weld on a tab on top, a few self-tapping screws into the bash bar and boom you are done. (PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS).  Treadstone has taken the proper steps to not only provide cast endtanks, but they have mounting holes as well.  This takes one of the failure points out of the equation and allows a solid reliable mount to be made via the 2 mounting holes on each tank, not relying on the more delicate exchanger area to hold up the weight of the IC.

AIRFLOW: Massive 1000cfm airflow, as little as 2psi drop at full flow rating and the best part, the inlets and outlets are baffled to spread the airflow more evenly through the core.  Traditional IC's will pass the majority of its flow across the direct airflow path with a gradual passage to the other areas.  Baffles get the air and therfore the heat out of the system faster and more evenly.  That is more HP to the head and bang for your buck.
