CUSTOM DRIVESHAFTS JUST GOT EASIER.


As part of every transmission swap, a new driveshaft must be built.  This presents a challenge for most driveshaft shops as the factory Guibo, or flex coupling is a challenge to mate to without factory parts.  We have taken the challenge out of the interface with our DGDA plate, which allows the use of a 1350 or 1310 close mount yoke which most driveshaft shops are familiar with. We take it ones step further and use dowel support and shoulder bolts at all interfaces, making it a load supported at every interface rather than relying on the bolt strength.


Features:

-Billet 6061--T6 aluminum plate, CNC machined and tapped.   (7075 series aluminum also available. special order: Contact us)  

-Modified 1350 or 1310 yoke to support M12 shoulder bolt mounting for added strength.

-Ramp-serrated washers on yoke mount to prevent loosening.

-Flange Lock nuts on adapter mounts with M12 shoulder bolts for high strength and alignment.

-Stainless dowel rings to support adapter to pinion mount interface against shoulder bolts.

-Dual bolt pattern for 115mm and 105mm 3-bolt guibo patterns for various applications.

-Includes modified 1310 or 1350 flange yoke so you are ready to assemble.

-Weight minimized to assist with balancing.


This component is part of our IS300 rear Diff swap kit which adds a front pinion mount adapter weld-in bracket and optional rear diff cover plates.
