When large sway bars (anti-roll bars) and added, the forces of the spring movement can cause the bar to shift in the bushings, reducing it's effectiveness.  These lock collars hold the bar location relative to the bushing for better cycling and less movement.

1 order = 1 collar, so if your bar moves a lot to one side, one order will suffice.  If your want to constrain the bar in 2 ways, order 2.
