We have heard from a lot of taller customers that have found the Sparco seat bases sat a bit too high to accommodate helmets and comfortable seating.  We spent a little over a year designing one that will get you lower and allow a more appropriate seating position for track driving.  We even took the time to add M8 holes for Recaro rails and some other attachment holes to use for 5pt harness mounting where allowed*.
