We do a lot of TIG welding here and nothing feels worse that a glove with a hole in it or worse yet a glove that fits poorly.  These MicroTIG gloves from Blue Demon provide great tactile feedback and fit great.  Tight enough to hold your fingers snug but not so tight that that you pass out :).

XL size fits a typical man hand but if you have larger hands, these might not be for you.
